2009 – A Humble Beginning
In 2009, we embarked on our journey with a modest rental unit, laying the cornerstone for what would grow into a leading name in fabric processing and dyeing.
2012 – Growth and Expansion
By 2012, our vision had expanded. We scaled up production, grew our talented team, and positioned ourselves for the future innovations that would define our success.
2016 – Diversification in Fabric Processing
2016 marked a milestone as we expanded our expertise. Initially focused on cotton and polyester, we now work with five distinct fabric types, offering tailored solutions for every need.
2019 – Stepping Into Ownership
What began in a rental unit evolved into a self-owned infrastructure by 2019, giving us the freedom to enhance operations and grow further with renewed purpose.
2020 – Expanding Horizons with Meet Fabrics
Our journey continued as we moved beyond fabric dyeing, launching Meet Fabrics—our own line of processed fabrics, setting new standards in quality and innovation.
2024 – Scaling New Heights
Our commitment to excellence led to remarkable growth, with production soaring from 2 tonnes per day to an impressive 5 tonnes per day, reflecting our dedication to delivering top-tier products at scale.
Present – The Launch of Ito Clothing Company
Today, we are on the verge of an exciting new chapter with the upcoming launch of Ito Clothing Company. Focusing on comfort and street wear, we aim to redefine modern fashion with our high-quality clothing line.

Krishan Kant Mishra
Director & Founder
Our director, a passionate leader, began his career in 1984 as a Processing Manager, dedicating 23 years to mastering his craft. In 2009, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow, he founded the company. With a graduation degree and a brief pause in his master’s studies to support his family, his journey reflects determination, hard work, and a deep commitment to the textile industry.
Abhishek Mishra
Co-Director
Our co-director, a Mechanical Engineering graduate, began his career at prestigious companies like Infosys and L&T, gaining valuable experience over four years. Inspired by his father’s vision, he joined the family business in 2016 to drive growth. His dedication, hard work, and commitment to his father’s dream have played a pivotal role in taking the company to new heights of success & innovation.
Akanksha Mishra
Founder - Ito Clothing Company
With a master’s degree in English Literature, she brings a wealth of experience in digital marketing and content creation. After six successful years in the industry, she joined the family business in 2024, partnering with her brother to expand the company’s vision to launch the brand, focusing on comfort and streetwear for the modern consumer.
